Job description:
Experienced site supervisor for a medium-sized commercial project. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor health & safety and report progress to the client PM. The role is salaried and includes company pension and training.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure programme targets are met.
Lead toolbox talks and maintain on-site H&S compliance.
Coordinate trades, manage deliveries and resolve site queries.
Produce weekly progress reports for clients and managers.
Requirements
Requirements — Essential
Proven supervisory experience on commercial builds.
Strong organisation and people management skills.
Ability to read drawings and manage on-site delivery logistics.
Requirements — Desirable
CSCS supervisory experience or equivalent site leadership training.
Competence in basic site quality checks and snagging.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
£44,000 per year (DOE)
