About the Role
Typical hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Mon–Fri). Some planned work may require early starts or late finishes.
Job description:
Mobile and site-based HVAC engineering work across commercial sites. The role is contract via CIS. You will deliver planned maintenance, reactive repairs and commissioning. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Carry out PPM tasks and reactive HVAC repairs per client schedules.
Commission plant and support handover activities.
Record works and maintain parts/consumables logs.
Follow all site safety and permit-to-work procedures.
Requirements
Requirements — Essential
Practical HVAC experience in commercial environments.
Ability to work across multiple sites and manage time efficiently.
UTR and ability to invoice as a CIS contractor.
Requirements — Desirable
Controls experience or basic refrigeration knowledge.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
£230 per day (CIS)
