Job Description:
An East London secondary school is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students across subjects, particularly those with SEN needs.
Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery.
Provide 1:1 or small group interventions.
Help manage pupil behaviour.
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous TA or youth support experience desirable.
GCSEs (Maths & English grade C or above).
Passion for supporting young people.
