Typical hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Mon–Fri). On-call rota for emergency cover with appropriate notice and additional pay.
Job description:
Permanent position for a multi-skilled maintenance operative across a corporate estate. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance duties within an FM team. This is a salaried role with pension and holiday entitlement.
Responsibilities
Deliver reactive and planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric tasks.
Assist with refurbishments and minor installation work.
Log all works in the client’s CAFM system and escalate complex issues.
Provide excellent customer service to building occupants.
Requirements
Requirements — Essential
Multi-skilled maintenance experience in a commercial or corporate environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Right to work in the UK and willingness to undertake client site inductions.
Requirements — Desirable
Basic trade skills in plumbing, carpentry or electrical maintenance.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
£38,000 per year
